The residential accommodation of the estate is only available to members of Lincoln’s Inn. Accommodation ranges in size from three bedroom flats, with over 1,000 sq. ft., down to small one bedroom apartments of less than 400 sq. ft.
The Inn also has limited accommodation available to student members and pupils which are handled by the Education Department.
The flats are principally let on a four-year assured short hold tenancy at an inclusive rent, which is subject to review after two years.
The Inn regularly refurbishes its residential accommodation to improve the standard of accommodation offered to members.
