The main responsibilities will involve mainly assist the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef in the efficient and effective running of the kitchen and the team. As well as taking an active role in planning, preparing and presenting quality food and dishes to the highest possible standards as expected by Lincoln’s Inn Members Benchers and clients.
