‘The Bar: the Past, the Present, and the Future’ – Read the 2025 Treasurer’s Lecture

On 20 November 2025, The Hon. Sir Paul Morgan delivered the Inn’s annual Treasurer’s Lecture, marking 50 years since he was Called to the Bar.

The lecture, entitled ‘The Bar: the Past, the Present, and the Future’, reflected on the history, traditions, and evolution of the Bar, and explored its present operations while offering recommendations and insights for the future.

The Treasurer’s Lecture is a Qualifying Session offered annually.
