Commercial Lettings
The estate’s primary function is to provide first class accommodation for barristers, although some chambers are occupied by solicitors and have been for a number of years.
The estate also contains three shops and part of a public house. Lettings vary from the smallest suites of 3/4 rooms to whole buildings of over 10,000 sq ft. Leases principally contain internal repairing covenants with the Inn remaining responsible for structural repairs and common parts.
