Shipping policy

Items are dispatched from our Treasury Office from Monday to Friday. We endeavour to dispatch orders within five working days of receipt of the order, however there may be times during peak periods that this may vary.

Small items are those items with a total cost of between £0.70 and £19.99*
Medium items are those items with a total cost of between £20 and £34.99**
Large items are those items with a total cost of between £35 and £80***
Misc items are those items with a total cost of between £80.01 and £130****

Please note that shipping costs are based on items totalling up to a maximum of £130 in value. For any orders exceeding this figure please email us.

Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes may apply to some orders outside the EU, and that the customer is liable for these charges.

Refund policy

Damaged items

While we make every effort to ensure your order is well packed, we appreciate that damages sometimes occur during transit.

If this has happened, please email a picture of the damaged item to us within 3 days of receipt and return the product to us. We will send a replacement where possible.

If the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund instead. All refunds will be made in full to the original credit/debit card at the time of purchase. Lincoln’s Inn will repay you the value of the product (excluding delivery costs) within 30 days from the date of purchase of the product without any further charge to you except the direct cost of returning the product.

Returns

Although we are confident in the high quality of our products, we understand that there are occasions when a customer may wish to return an item. You may therefore return a purchase to us in its original condition and packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund. Please enclose a note detailing your name, address, contact telephone number and e-mail address, together with the reason for the return.

We are unable to provide refunds in the following circumstances:
-Products with obvious signs of use
-CD/Book/Crystal tumblers that have been opened
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase

Refunds will be authorised within 30 working days of receipt of products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of receipt of the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item so you should consider using a tracked shipping service.
