600th Anniversary range
A small number of our 600th anniversary products are still available for purchase – but hurry! Once they’re gone, they’re gone. This special limited edition range was created in 2022 to commemorate the Inn’s 600th Anniversary year. Own a part of history.
Collection only
The following items can be ordered online but we are unable to deliver them by post, they must be collected in person. Select the ‘Pick up’ option at checkout. Once your order is placed you will receive collection instructions from Lincoln’s Inn via email.
Shipping and Refunds
Shipping policy
Items are dispatched from the Treasury Office between Monday to Friday. We endeavor to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days* of receipt of the order, however there may be times during peak periods or where staff are not on site due to pandemic arrangements, that this may vary.
*CHRISTMAS ORDERS *
The date for International parcels to be delivered in time for Christmas has passed.
For UK orders, Royal Mail state that Wednesday 20 December is the last day for Christmas delivery. Please therefore place your order with the Inn before Monday 18 December – although the Inn cannot guarantee this as we are subject to the service provided by Royal Mail.
Alternatively, customers may wish to collect their purchases from the Lincoln’s Inn Reception with a last collection at Midday 21 December.
International orders
Europe
Please note for all Europe orders the maximum order total is £115 (including the flat rate of £15 shipping) after VAT has been removed. You will not be charged VAT in the UK, but you are liable for any international customs duty and VAT at point of import in the destination country. Lincoln’s Inn is not liable for any taxes or duty charged in the destination country.
Rest of the World
Please note that any orders outside of the UK you will not be charged VAT in the UK, but you are liable for any international customs duty and VAT at point of import in the destination country. Lincoln’s Inn is not liable for any taxes or duty charged in the destination country. There is no limit on total sales.

Refund policy
Damaged items
While we make every effort to ensure your order is well packed, we appreciate that damages sometimes occur during transit.
If this has happened, please email a picture of the damaged item to us within 3 days of receipt and return the product to us. We will send a replacement where possible.
If the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund instead. All refunds will be made in full to the original credit/debit card at the time of purchase. Lincoln’s Inn will repay you the value of the product (excluding delivery costs) within 30 days from the date of purchase of the product without any further charge to you except the direct cost of returning the product.
Returns
Although we are confident in the high quality of our products, we understand that there are occasions when a customer may wish to return an item. You may therefore return a purchase to us in its original condition and packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund. Please enclose a note detailing your name, address, contact telephone number and e-mail address, together with the reason for the return.
We are unable to provide refunds in the following circumstances:
-Products with obvious signs of use
-CD/Book/Crystal tumblers that have been opened
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase
Refunds will be authorised within 30 working days of receipt of products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of receipt of the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item so you should consider using a tracked shipping service.
