During this lecture two experienced practitioners will consider ethics problems of the sort that practitioners will face and the audience will be invited to participate in answering the questions.

Learning Aims: The aim of this Qualifying Session is for students to identify ethical issues as they arise in real-world practical situations and how to work through them. To then be able to devise potential solutions or to determine what decisions may be available to the student’s professional obligations.

1.1 : Uphold the reputation of the Bar and observe their duty to the court in the administration of justice.

1.16 : Comply with regulatory requirements set down by the Bar Standards Board, including the Code of Conduct.
