This Qualifying Session will focus on the importance of maintaining and promoting Wellbeing at the Bar. A diverse panel of barristers, representing various levels of call, will share their perspectives on safeguarding personal Wellbeing.

Learning Aims: The aim of this Qualifying Session is to develop an understanding of the critical importance of Wellbeing for barristers, including practical strategies for maintaining personal Wellbeing, fostering kindness within the profession, and supporting Wellbeing in the administration of Chambers. Students will gain insights from barristers at different levels of practice and explore initiatives like the Kindness at the Bar project to promote a healthier and more supportive professional environment.
