Managing Difficult Conversations – 30 January

Following the introduction of the Master and Representatives of the Circuit, our first Circuit event this year will take place in Manchester at the end of the month.
Cath Brown, a former barrister and Director of Skilful Conversations, will deliver this interactive workshop on Managing Difficult Conversations which will give members new strategies and skills for successfully handling difficult conversations.
The presentation will be followed by a short Q&A and drinks reception.
