Opening hours
Lincoln’s Inn Library is open to members of the four Inns of Court. We are open Monday to Friday 09:00 to 19:00. From August to mid-September the hours are 09:00 to 18:00. The Library is closed on bank holidays and for a fortnight at Christmas. It is occasionally necessary to close the Library early for special functions. Advance notice is given here and on our social media.
Summer 2025 opening hours
The summer opening hours for 2025 are 9.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday until Friday 12 September. Please see Summer Vacation 2025 for a complete list of all Inn libraries’ opening hours.
Saturday opening
During the legal term, one Inn library is open to barristers and students of any Inn from 10:00 to 17:00 every Saturday. Please see the Saturday Opening rota for a full list of Saturday openings for 2025.
There will be no Inn library open on a Saturday until 13 September when Gray’s Inn Library will be open.
