We are very sorry to report that Reynold Sirju Beharrylal Esq BA Hons (City of London Polytechnic);  Barrister-at-Law (Lincoln\’s Inn); Attorney-at-Law (Trinidad and Tobago), member of the Society, died on 9 July 2019.

He was 73 years old.
