Building on the success of last year’s virtual conference and taking in account delegate feedback, the Expert Witness Institute offers this virtual conference with some enhanced elements. Excellent speakers are ready to share their expertise and provoke lively discussion, and there will be networking opportunities throughout the day.

• Lessons from the Pandemic hosted by Amanda Pinto QC, reflecting on practice over the last year and what the future holds

• How to Get Paid: a popular and important topic, particularly in these financially challenging times
• Break out sessions covering Clinical Negligence, Practice in Commercial and Construction litigation, Developing Business Internationally and Legal updates in Scotland
• Closing address by The Honourable Mr Justice Martin Spencer, our Chairman, who will reflect on the day and what the future holds for the EWI and its members
