A webinar looking at post lockdown anxiety, including:

  • How to recognise the triggers and symptoms of post lockdown and social anxiety
  • How to manage anxiety around increasing freedom of movement & reduced social distancing
  • Movement & breathing exercises which can be done from your chair

The webinar is led by Julie Whitby, a senior yoga teacher, barrister and Bencher of Lincoln’s Inn. Living in Cyprus, she has been working with those self-isolating, in quarantine and shielding in both Cyprus and the UK during the pandemic.
