Becoming a Bencher Panel Event

The Advisory (Benchers) Committee invites members to attend a panel discussion and reception to find out more about applying to be a bencher.

The event aims to provide members with a greater understanding of the process and criteria which the A(B)C applies in selection of candidates for election.

The panel discussion will be chaired by Michael Todd QC, Chairman of the Advisory (Benchers) Committee and the panel will consist of benchers and other members of the committee. This discussion will be held between 6-7pm with an opportunity for questions.

Members are welcome to stay for the following reception to have an informal chat with members of the panel and the Advisory (Benchers) Committee in attendance.

Please note this event is only open to members of Lincoln’s Inn.

To assist the panel, you are invited to submit any questions you may have in advance. All questions will be put to the panel anonymously.
