Lecture Night (Hybrid) – “Wellbeing at the Bar”
At this qualifying session students will receive a lecture on the importance for every practitioner to have regard to issues of personal wellbeing, and the speakers will emphasise the need to take steps to ensure a proper and balanced life style throughout every practitioner’s professional life.

Learning Aims: The aim of this Qualifying Session is to recognize stress sources on the bar course, identify stress management tools and techniques, and seek support, while also acknowledging professional challenges and fostering positivity.
