Lecture Night (Online) – Advocacy – the judge’s view

At this Qualifying Session students will be given a judge’s perspective of Advocacy in the Crown Court in civil and criminal cases and before a Master and a District Judge in criminal cases.

Learning Aims: The aim of this Qualifying Session is to provide an insight from a judge’s persepective of the do’s and dont’s of good advocacy practice in court.

1.14 : Draft skeleton arguments which present the relevant facts, law and arguments in a clear, concise and well-structured manner.
