At this Qualifying Session students will see how key moments of advocacy shaped real judicial decisions, helping them understand how to be more effective advocates in their future practice.

Learning Aims: The aim of this Qualifying Session is to provide an insight from a judge’s perspective of the do’s and dont’s of good advocacy practice in court.
