This Qualifying Session is a lecture on the role of future legal services and the changes that are happening with the profession and online courts.

Learning Outcomes: At the end of this Qualifying Session students will be able to:
· Recognise the major online court challenges and how technology and Artificial Intelligence could potentially transform the delivery of litigation.
· Explain the benefits and drawbacks of moving online and delivering justice.
· Describe the architecture of online courts in the digital space and the implications of access to justice.
