Post Lockdown Anxiety and How to Overcome It (Online)

An event hosted by Lincoln’s Inn’s Social and Wellbeing Committee

Join us for a webinar looking at post lockdown anxiety, including:

  • How to recognise the triggers and symptoms of post lockdown and social anxiety.
  • How to manage anxiety around increasing freedom of movement & reduced social distancing.
  • Movement & breathing exercises which can be done from your chair and a Q&A discussion.

The event will be run by Julie Whitby who is a senior yoga teacher and barrister.

Living in Cyprus (where lockdown has now lifted) she has been working with those self-isolating, in quarantine and shielding in both Cyprus and the UK during the pandemic, via Zoom.

This event is open to all, including members of other Inns.
