The Inn’s Social & Wellbeing Group are pleased to host a talk by Joshua Cane on Psychological and Physical Wellbeing.

‘Psychological and physical wellbeing- why we struggle to keep ourselves healthy and what we can do about It’

Joshua Cane is a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and Personal Trainer who works for the NHS and Public Health England. He specialises in using evidence-based approaches to help people improve their physical and psychological wellbeing. He has a keen interest in evolutionary psychology and how our evolved brains and bodies interact with modern cultures to contribute to many physical and mental health problems.

This event is open to all members of the Inn.
