Treasurer’s Circuit Dinner – Bristol

On Friday 14 June 2024, the Treasurer of Lincoln’s Inn, The Rt Hon Lord Briggs of Westbourne, is delighted to be hosting a dinner for Called members of the Inn  based on the Western Circuit and Wales & Chester Circuit.

This event will provide a great opportunity for the members to meet the Treasurer and peers from the Western Circuit. The Under Treasurer, Anne Sharp CBE, will also be present at the event.

The evening will begin with a drinks reception in the Janneau Bar at the Hotel du Vin, Bristol. Guests will then be invited to dine in Christie’s Library, a space that features a beautiful exposed wooden beam décor, for a three-course dinner and wine chosen by the Inn’s Wine Committee (soft drink alternatives available). The meal will then conclude with cheese and port, followed by tea and coffee.

Drinks Reception – 19:00
Dinner – 19:30
Finish – 22:00 (approx.)

Location: The Hotel Du Vin, Bristol
Dress Code: Business suits (or equivalent)

Please note, there are two ticket types available for this event:

• Lincoln’s Inn members (£60) – members who are over 5 years Call.
• Lincoln’s Inn pupils and junior members (£30) – members who are within 5 years of being Called to the Bar.

The deadline to book will be 12 noon on Wednesday 5 June. Please note that this event is only open to Called members of the Inn and guests are not permitted, due to limited availability. Booking is essential.
