Join us for the Inn’s annual Sir Thomas More Lecture and dinner. The Sir Thomas More lecture sees senior members of the European and UK judiciary offer their thoughts on contemporary topics.

This year our speaker will be The Right Hon Lord Sales, Deputy President of the Supreme Court. Lord Sales, a Bencher of the Inn, Called in 1985, became Queen’s Counsel in 2006, before being appointed to the High Court, Chancery Division in 2008. He was appointed as a Lord Justice of Appeal in 2014, became a Justice of the Supreme Court in January 2019, and took up appointment as Deputy President of the Court in January 2026.

Tickets will be available to purchase for attendance at the lecture only, or the lecture and dinner.
