Learning Outcomes: At the end of this Qualifying Session students will be able to:

·        Identify the essential landscape of this area of the law.

·        Describe the interaction between the area and other areas of law to consider whether, jurisprudentially, it can be considered to be a separate area of law.

·        Identify where to research sports specific jurisprudence.
