Join us for a discussion on ‘State Aid in Challenging Times’ led by expert panelists Professor Suzanne Rab from Serle Court Chambers and James Rivett QC from Pump Court Tax Chambers.
This is an opportunity to learn more about:
- The challenges presented by COVID-19 to the EU State aid regime
- The future of subsidy control in the UK post-Brexit, including how State aid regulation will operate at the national level
- The role of the CMA and the interplay between State aid and future free trade agreements.
The event will be chaired by David Scorey QC and the talk will be followed by a Q&A session.
