Lincoln’s Inn Social and Wellbeing Group, The South Eastern Circuit and The Criminal Bar Association are holding a joint wellbeing event at the Inn.

We consider the wellbeing and relationship between our members and the Judiciary of significant importance; all are encouraged to attend. The talk will include discussion on vicarious trauma at the bar and methods to adopt to avoid the effects.

Professional Speakers

  • Rachel Francis: Barrister at 1 Pump Court and Co-Author of ‘Vicarious Trauma in the Legal Profession: a practical guide to trauma, burnout and collective care’ with co-author, Joanna Fleck.
  • Gillian Bishop: Solicitor, children law arbitrator, trainer, speaker on wellbeing issues and family law supervisor.

The event is free but booking is essential. Members of all Inns and the public are welcome to attend.
