This Qualifying Session is a lecture on recognising and managing some of the challenges of life at the Bar.

Learning Outcomes: At the end of this Qualifying Session students will be able to:

·         Recognise the sources of stress whilst on the bar course.

·         Identify tools and techniques on how to manage stress and sources of support.

·         Recognise the challenges facing the profession and encourage positivity.
