Student Members
The Inn plays a key role in the training of its student members. For many, the focus will be obtaining qualifying sessions, prior to being called to the Bar. Additionally, the Inn organises various activities throughout the year designed to build experience and improve understanding of life at the Bar.
Qualifying Sessions
Qualifying sessions complement Bar students’ academic and vocational education and form a bridge to pupillage. The Inn offers a range of qualifying sessions, covering key areas such as ethics, advocacy and preparation for pupillage.
Student Representation
The Lincoln’s Inn Students’ Association is formed of appointed representatives and provides Bar students with excellent networking opportunities.
Pupillage Advice
The Inn offers support for student members in their search for pupillage, via its Pupillage Foundation Scheme and Pupillage Application Advice sessions.
