In line with the national Covid restrictions for England announced on Monday 4 January, Members’ Lunch in Hall will remain closed until government restrictions permit reopening. Thank you for your continued support.
A daily à la carte lunch is served in our Great Hall 12.15 to 2.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
To allow us to maintain our enhanced safety measures & social distancing, booking is recommended as walk-ins may not always be accommodated.
Members will be able to choose from lunch slots at 12.15 pm, 1 pm or 1.30 pm.
Lunch collection will also be available from Wednesday 2 December between 12.15 – 2 pm. You will be able to order from the menu on entering at the southern end of Hall.
Covid Safety Measures
A one-way system is in place, with entrance via the Southern Stairs and the exit via the Library Stairs. We ask all guests to use the hand sanitising stations on arrival and departure and to check in with the NHS Test & Trace app.
We will be operating a full table service. Ordering & cashless payment will be at the table. Please follow staff instructions throughout.
Dress code: Smart casual
We kindly request that you do not bring children under the age of 12 to lunch
Members’ Lunch in Hall is not available during the Inn’s closure periods of Easter, August and Christmas.
