Head of Sales & Events

Salary: £68,000 pa going up to £70,176.00 pa after probation
Location: Central London
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time
Hours: Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00. Hybrid working: 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home depending on business needs.

Purpose of the post

The Head of Sales & Events is responsible for leading the commercial strategy, revenue growth and market positioning of Lincoln’s Inn’s events and hospitality business, encompassing both external commercial events and the Member Events department.

This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for driving event revenue, optimising profitability, strengthening brand positioning and delivering exceptional client experiences, while upholding the heritage, standards and reputation of one of London’s most prestigious institutions.

The role combines strategic commercial leadership with operational oversight, team development and stakeholder engagement across the Inn’s governance structure.

Cellar Operations Assistant 

Salary: £28,707.70 pa going up to £29,626.35 pa after probation
Location: Central London
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time
Hours: 40 hours per week inc. lunch; any 5 days in 7

  • To assist with the efficient organisation and maintenance of the cellar.
  • To provide and dispense beverage stock for all events, internal and external, where required.
  • To assist in planning, preparing and delivering the highest standard beverage service as expected by Lincoln’s Inn events.
  • To assist FOH Management in setting up and running evening and weekend events when Cellar support is required

Warden Supervisor 

Salary: £35,967.74 pa
Location: Central London
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time
Hours: 42 hours contract- 4 on and 4 off over nights and days with 12-hour shifts, 07:00 to 19:00 four days and 19:00 to 07:00 four nights.

Purpose of the post

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the Warden team during the assigned shift ensuring the smooth operation and adherence to security and emergency response protocols.
