Cellar Operations Assistant 

Salary: £28,707.70 going up to £29,626.35 after probation
Location: Central London
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time
Hours: 40 hours per week including lunch; any 5 days in 7

Purpose of the post

  • To assist with the efficient organisation and maintenance of the cellar.
  • To provide and dispense beverage stock for all events, internal and external, where required.
  • To assist in planning, preparing and delivering the highest standard beverage service as expected by Lincoln’s Inn events.
  • To assist FOH Management in setting up and running evening and weekend events when Cellar support is required

Maintenance Assistant 

Salary: £29,310.55 pa
Location: Central London
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time
Hours: Based on a rota, 40-hours per week, any 8 hour shift between 08:00 – 17:00. Any 5 days out of 6 from Monday to Saturday.

Hours: Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00. This position is Hybrid.  Depending on business needs and as a general rule, more than 50% of the working week should be in the office.

Purpose of the post

Hours: 42 hours contract- 4 on and 4 off over nights and days with 12-hour shifts, 07:00 to 19:00 four days and 19:00 to 07:00 four nights.
