To login you will need:
- Your registered email address (this will be the main contact email address which the Inn holds for you, i.e. where you receive you communications from us)
- Your password (use the set a new password option if required)
Current member but never logged in?
Existing members who are logging in to their online account for the first time should watch the video below and follow these steps:
- Go to the set a new password page
- Enter your email address (please note this must be the primary email address which the Inn holds for you on our system, i.e. where we send your emails to. If we do not have an email on file for you, please call us on 0207 405 1393 or email [email protected] with this information)
- Check your email inbox for the verification code and enter it on the password reset page where prompted
- Enter a new password of your choice
Your account will then be activated and you can log in whenever you wish to check or update your details, manage your preferences etc.
Non-members
If you wish to join the Inn please register for an account here and then complete the admission process.
