Commercial Lettings

The estate’s primary function is to provide first class accommodation for barristers, although some chambers are occupied by solicitors and have been for a number of years. The estate also contains three shops and part of a public house. Lettings range from small suites of 3-4 rooms to entire buildings of over 7,000 sq ft. Leases to barristers principally contain internal repairing covenants with the Inn remaining responsible for structural repairs and common parts.
