At this Qualifying Session students will be given a judge’s perspective of Advocacy in the Crown Court in civil and criminal cases and before a Master and a District Judge in criminal cases.

Lecture followed by questions.

Learning Outcomes:The aim of this Qualifying Session is to provide an insight from a judge’s persepective of the do’s and dont’s of good advocacy practice in court.
