Building Inclusive Professional Environments – an EDI Workshop

The Lincoln’s Inn Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee warmly invite members of the legal profession to attend an event focused on inclusivity and the exploration of practical solutions to make our workplaces and environments more welcoming to all.

Areas that will be discussed include:

– What is meant by an ‘inclusive environment’?

– Is inclusivity more than a reaction to and a remedy for types of exclusion?

– What steps can we take to help create a more inclusive workplace?

Workshop: 6 pm

Drinks reception: 7:30 pm

Location: The Ashworth Centre, Lincoln’s Inn

Much of the work will be done through focused workshops for which attendees will be assigned to groups.

Come and join the discussion, express your views, share your ideas and be inspired by others within the legal profession.

There will be the opportunity to network at a drink’s reception following the event.

This event is in-person only but there are plans to support a fully remote version of the workshop at a later date. Details will be shared via the What’s On page of the Lincoln’s Inn website.

There is no dress code for this event.

This event is not a qualifying session. This event is in-person only and, depending on numbers, open to Lincoln’s Inn members only.
