This Qualifying Session is a lecture on the awareness and challenges of EDI issues in the early years and what coping strategies and tips are available to overcome them.

Learning Outcomes: At the end of this Qualifying Session students will be able to:

·      Identify the issues faced by those at the Bar from diverse backgrounds.

·      Recognise the tools and resources available.
