Lecture “Taking Human Rights Seriously – the Case of Confrontation?” given by Professor Mirfield, Professor Emeritus of the Law of Evidence and Fellow of Jesus College Oxford followed by questions and Domus dinner (mixed seating plan with members of the Bench and Bar).
