Learning Aims: The aim of this Qualifying Session is understanding the importance of how protected characteristics can affect an individual, whether positively or negatively, and recognize how these characteristics may influence the subject matter, conduct, and experience of court proceedings involving clients, barristers, or judges, in order to adapt your work accordingly.
